Watrfall governs Watrfall Vote. $WATRFALL token holders can vote on one or multiple submissions inside the proposals. The Watrfall treasury exists to allocate resources to fund and buy IP rights of content submissions that are voted by WATRFALL token holders to be tokenized here.

Yes, in a way. Anyone who holds $WATRFALL Token can vote for contents in each proposal using the $WATRFALL Tokens.
✤How much content can I vote for?
You can cast all your tokens as vote for one or distribute among multiple content submissions within a proposal.
✤When to buy $WATRFALL token?
BEFORE the voting starts. That means, tokens purchased during a proposal can be used for subsequent proposals only.
✤Will I be charged tokens for voting?
No, you won't lose any of tokens you used for voting from your wallet. It will be back in your wallet when a proposal ends for use.
